Luz Adell

Luz Adell is the founder and a crypto enthusiast who has a strong background in technology startups and venture capital. She is currently a partner at Draper B1, a venture capital firm specializing in blockchain-based startups. Prior to this role, Adell worked at Plug and Play Tech Center and Alchemist Accelerator, where she supported early-stage companies and helped them raise funding. Adell holds a Master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Pomona College. She is also actively involved in the Women in Blockchain community and frequently speaks on the topic at industry events.
