Rizwan Virk

Rizwan Virk is a serial entrepreneur, author, and blockchain/cryptocurrency enthusiast. He is a founder and general partner at Griffin Gaming Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in gaming and interactive media companies. Virk is also the author of several books, including "The Simulation Hypothesis: An MIT Computer Scientist Shows Why AI, Quantum Physics and Eastern Mystics All Agree We Are In a Video Game." Virk holds degrees from MIT and Stanford, where he studied computer science and management. He has worked with a variety of startups throughout his career, including TapZen and GameView Studios, which were both acquired by Gree International. In addition to his work in the gaming industry, Virk has been an active participant in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space since at least 2013. He has spoken at numerous blockchain and cryptocurrency conferences and has written articles on the subject for Forbes and other publications.
