Roy Learner

Roy Learner is a Founding Partner at Framework Ventures, a venture capital firm that specializes in blockchain-based technologies, startups, and investments. Roy is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and crypto enthusiast who has been involved in the blockchain industry since its infancy. He has a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, having made significant investments in some of the most successful blockchain projects, including Chainlink and Synthetix. Prior to founding Framework Ventures, Roy co-founded Horizon Communication, a software company that provided real-time communication software for online games. He also served as the Vice President of Operations for GloriOil, a technology company that focused on enhanced oil recovery. Roy is a graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
